Technical Information

The phase 1 of the project was started with an area of 70 hectares as a ring around 3.6 km length with usage of:  green spaces, track cycling, health path, multipurpose path, trails, garden path and also usage of sports and recreational services.
Some of the constructed major cases include:

  •  Tracks for pedestrian, bicycle, recreational phaeton, and garden paths and green spaces
  • Toilets in series of 10
  • Alcoves within 100 meters of each other and an area of 25 square meters each
  • Clad prayer rooms in 6 double sets
  • 12 Play spaces for children and teenagers with an area of about 300 to 800 square meters each
  • Health spaces for adults, disabled people and children
  • Persian Garden
  • Chess site
  • Plates for establishment of special statues like statues of Iranian national figures
  • Indoor Amusement Park with an area of 2000 square meters
  • Outdoor Amusement Park with the possibility of installing large metropolitan TV
  • 3500 parking lots in four distinct parts
  • Sport city with an area of 32 hectares including aerial sports, artificial rock climbing, bungee jumping, horseback riding, motorcycling field, open grounds for tennis, volleyball, basketball and badminton
  • Stands for cultural (8 numbers)
  • Buffet and food stands (8 numbers)
  • Shahr-e-Banoo (Ladies) complex for art exhibitions, lectures, art studio, conference hall and gymnasium and swimming pool
  • Sites for Crisis Staff : construction of high-degree earthquake-resistance sites with all service equipment

Project Specifications

Due to the uniqueness of this project in terms of the volume of operations in a limited time, the first phase of its construction is divided between several great Iranian companies and has been completed with the coordination and cooperation between contractors and various working groups.
